Pull down lock ring, rotate grip to desired torque setting and release lock ring for positive locking position. During use, a distinct "breaking" action and clicking noise occurs when the set torque has been realized. Dual scale - English and metric. Easy-to-read, laser marked scales. Handles are lightly knurled for a positive, non-slip grip. Ratchet head models are 24 tooth industrial-grade ratchets. Each torque wrench has its own serial number and "Certificate of Calibration" traceable to NIST meets or exceeds ASME B107.300 Torque Instrument standard.
