The QC-180, part of the Weatherhead® Assortment (Series: QCAB), is designed for DOT Truck and Trailer Air Brake System needs. This comprehensive kit contains tube unions, male connectors, swivel male 45° elbows, male 90° elbows, and repair kits in popular 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" tube sizes. Engineered for field-proven performance, these QCAB fittings have logged millions of miles of leak-free operation and can save up to 75 percent of assembly time compared to conventional compression fittings. Constructed from durable CA360 brass, these fittings are rated for 150 psi and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 200°F. Compatible with SAE J844 Type A and B NT air braking tubing, the components are conveniently housed in a compact case measuring 1-3/4" × 6-3/4" × 1-3/4".
