The coil is packaged as a single piece that can be cut in half to create two equal pieces, which are then threaded between the hose helix. This product is phthalate-free, ensuring safety for food-grade applications. Made in the USA, the Tigerflex® Banding Coil is ideal for hoses with a low-profile and counterclockwise helix.

Constructed from green, non-food-grade flexible PVC, this sleeve is ideal for hoses with a high-profile and counterclockwise helix. Each sleeve can be cut into approximately 12-inch lengths and screwed onto the hose at each end, providing reliable support and durability. This product is phthalate-free, ensuring safety for various applications.

The Diamondback PRO sleeve provides dual benefits: abrasion resistance and line-of-sight operator protection from hydraulic hose failures. Commonly used in construction applications, this sleeve is crafted from a proprietary engineered fiber that is tightly woven and heat-treated to achieve its final dimensions. The Diamondback Sleeve complies with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the NSW "Guideline for Fluid Power System Safety at Mines." It has been rigorously tested to withstand over 1.7 million abrasion cycles (ISO 6945).
