Hydraulic Bonded Seals

Hydraulic Bonded Seals (also known as Dowty or bonded washers) feature a metal outer ring with an elastomeric inner ring bonded inside, delivering robust sealing around bolt shafts or threaded ports. Designed to prevent leakage in high-pressure hydraulic systems, these seals are offered in a variety of thread standards (NPT, BSPP, metric, etc.) in steel carbon construction. Sizes typically range from 1/8″ up to 2″ (or 6 mm–50 mm metric). Widely used in oil & gas, mining, marine, forestry, fleet maintenance, and agricultural equipment for leak-proof hydraulic connections.
